Terms of service

TCGMargin ("the service") is operated by Zipkes Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your account. Sign-in is provided through Clerk. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to access other users' data.
Subscriptions & billing. During the beta the service is free. At launch it costs $15/month, billed by Stripe. You can cancel any time through the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the close of the paid period. Founding beta testers keep the launch discount we've announced.
Your data is yours. Everything you enter belongs to you. After cancellation we retain your data for 90 days so you can return or request an export; write us and we'll provide a full export or delete everything, whichever you ask.
Beta software, provided as-is. The service is under active development and provided without warranty of any kind. We work hard on correctness — especially the money math — but you are responsible for verifying figures that matter before acting on them.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice. Prices, margins, market references, and profit figures are informational tools. Consult a professional for tax filings and business decisions.
Third-party market data (tcgcsv.com's daily mirror of TCGplayer pricing, and TCGplayer's public site data) can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and may stop working if those sources change. It is a reference, not a quote.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business losses.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
