Importing your order history
The import tools ingests order CSVs exported from your seller dashboards (Shopify admin → Orders → Export; eBay Seller Hub → Orders report; TCGplayer Seller Portal → Orders export). A "Generic" format (OrderId, Date, Product, Qty, UnitPrice, optional Shipping/Discount/SKU) covers anything else.
- Preview first — you'll see every order in the file and a matching table for listings the app hasn't seen. Match each listing to a product, create it as a new product (or "create all"), or ignore it (supplies, untracked singles). Choices are remembered for every future import.
- Re-imports are safe — orders carry their channel order ID, so overlapping exports never double-count. Export "last 30 days" weekly without fear.
- Variant listings (e.g. preorder waves of the same box) should be matched to one product, not each created separately.
Imported sales of products you haven't bought yet become presold units — record the covering purchase order and they cost themselves retroactively.
Bulk templates: the import tools on each screen's "Bulk data" mode provides downloadable CSV templates for products and purchase orders (and a Generic sales template). Fill them in a spreadsheet, preview the upload, and import — unknown products in a purchase-order file are created automatically. Fastest way to move an existing operation in.
