Where market prices come from (and their limits)
TCGplayer's official API is closed to new developers, so prices come from tcgcsv.com, a free daily mirror of TCGplayer's pricing (updated ~20:00 UTC, covering every game TCGplayer carries). Honest constraints: daily snapshots only (no intraday moves), no per-condition prices, and no individual seller listings — "what others list at" is the low/mid/high of current listings.
Paste a TCGplayer product URL in a product's detail to link it. Prices update automatically once a day, right after tcgcsv publishes (~20:00 UTC) — there's no manual refresh because between publishes there is no newer data to fetch. "Backfill missing days" pulls past prices from tcgcsv's archives to build the 1-month trend. For products not on TCGplayer, set a manual market reference (e.g. last eBay sold price from a US seller) with its date — it flags itself stale after two weeks.
